A Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCJ) do Senado aprovou nesta quarta-feira, 2, o texto que prev\u00ea a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada m\u00e1xima de trabalho no pa\u00eds de 44 horas semanais para 40 horas, e a garantia de dois dias de repouso semanal remunerado, sem redu\u00e7\u00e3o salarial.<\/p>\n<p>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na comiss\u00e3o, entretanto, n\u00e3o coloca a nova regra em vigor. O texto ainda precisa ser analisado pelo Plen\u00e1rio do Senado e, por se tratar de uma PEC, dever\u00e1 ser aprovado, em dois turnos, pela chamada maioria qualificada.
