\"\"<\/a>O sindicalismo, como organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de luta e reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o, nasce junto com a expans\u00e3o do capitalismo, no s\u00e9culo XVII, quando a m\u00e1quina sucede ou substitui o trabalho artesanal, levando, de um lado, \u00e0 concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade e dos meios de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, e, de outro, \u00e0 maximiza\u00e7\u00e3o do lucro e da explora\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores.\u00a0 Assim,\u00a0 o\u00a0 sindicato\u00a0 surge\u00a0 da uni\u00e3o dos trabalhadores para somar for\u00e7as no combate \u00e0 super-explora\u00e7\u00e3o e na reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego, sal\u00e1rio, condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalhos salubres, al\u00e9m de combater a mais-valia. Os\u00a0 primeiros\u00a0 sindicatos\u00a0 nascem\u00a0 na\u00a0 Inglaterra,\u00a0 pa\u00eds\u00a0 considerado o\u00a0 \u201cber\u00e7o\u00a0 do\u00a0 capitalismo\u201d.\u00a0 Entretanto,\u00a0 o\u00a0 direito\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 livre\u00a0 associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos\u00a0 oper\u00e1rios\u00a0 ingleses,\u00a0 apesar\u00a0 de\u00a0 j\u00e1 \u00a0existirem\u00a0 organiza\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 de trabalhadores, s\u00f3 foi permitido, legalmente e sem repress\u00e3o, com a vota\u00e7\u00e3o de uma lei no Parlamento da Inglaterra, em 1824. Essa lei resultou da press\u00e3o dos trabalhadores.\u00a0 A partir do reconhecimento ou legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, as uni\u00f5es sindicais (tra-de-unions), como s\u00e3o chamados os sindicatos ingleses, passaram a fixar e exigir pisos salariais. Nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 naquela \u00e9poca, os oper\u00e1rios constitu\u00edam fundo de greve (Caixa de Resist\u00eancia) para garantir aux\u00edlio financeiro durante os movimentos grevistas. Cabe destacar que o sindicalismo, em sua origem, priorizava a luta estritamente econ\u00f4mica e\u00a0 reivindicat\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n
