Entende ele que \u201ctal empreendimento no munic\u00edpio beneficiar\u00e1 n\u00e3o s\u00f3 trabalhadores da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil e do mobili\u00e1rio, de Araguari e entorno, mas tamb\u00e9m toda categoria de trabalhadores\u201d, uma vez que o Centro n\u00e3o se restringe a atender apenas aos trabalhadores das categorias representadas pelo <strong>Sinticom-TAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pelo conv\u00eanio entre o <strong>Sinticom-TAP<\/strong> e o Minist\u00e9rio, as obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o devem durar cerca de oito meses, sendo que seu in\u00edcio est\u00e1 previsto para a segunda quinzena de janeiro, dependendo da libera\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Um passo importante para isso foi \u00e0 expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do Alvar\u00e1 de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00famero 77.982, referente ao processo 1.795.09, ocorrida em 10 de dezembro de 2010.<\/p>\n<p>A edifica\u00e7\u00e3o, composta de dois pavimentos, num total de 804,72 m<sup>2<\/sup> (metros quadrados), com cada um dos pisos medindo 394,34 m<sup>2<\/sup>, al\u00e9m de uma guarita de 16,10m<sup>2<\/sup>, e estacionamento, na rua Ponte Terra, 460, esquina com a avenida Belo Horizonte, no bairro Santiago, em Araguari.<\/p>\n<p>No primeiro piso haver\u00e1 um conjunto de sete salas de aulas, para teoria e pratica instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias, recep\u00e7\u00e3o.
