Uberl\u00e2ndia\/MG (24\/11\/2010)<\/strong> \u2013 Depois de alguns meses de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, o setor da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil, na maior cidade do interior mineiro, passa a ter um Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho, o qual foi formalmente assinado pelo Sinticom-TAP (Sindicato dos Trabalhadores nas Ind\u00fastrias de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e do Mobili\u00e1rio de Uberl\u00e2ndia, Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro e Alto Parana\u00edba) e pelo Sinduscon-TAP (Sindicato das Ind\u00fastrias da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Uberl\u00e2ndia, Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro e Alto Parana\u00edba).<\/p>\n

Pela Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho 2010\/2011, o reajuste salarial \u201cincidir\u00e1 sobre os sal\u00e1rios vigentes em 1\u00ba de maio de 2010\u201d, por outro lado, \u201cser\u00e3o compensados todas as antecipa\u00e7\u00f5es espont\u00e2neas e aumentos compuls\u00f3rios concedidos no per\u00edodo de maio de 2009 a abril de 2010\u201d.<\/p>\n

Data Base e Reajustes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Um ponto chave na Conven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da data base, de maio para novembro, atendendo assim a uma reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00f3prios trabalhadores.<\/p>\n

Com isso, o reajuste salarial acontecer\u00e1 \u201ca partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2010, os pisos salariais dos empregados abrangidos pela presente Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho, acordados em livre negocia\u00e7\u00e3o para recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o salarial do per\u00edodo de 01\/05\/2009 a 30\/04\/2010, conforme tabela:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho, acordados em livre negocia\u00e7\u00e3o para recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o salarial do per\u00edodo de 01\/05\/2010 a 31\/10\/2010 ter\u00e3o reajuste conforme tabela abaixo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
