O reajuste m\u00e9dio ficou na ordem de 9% sobre os pisos at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o praticados, j\u00e1 valendo a partir do \u00faltimo dia 1\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelo acordo firmado, as chamadas clausulas sociais anteriormente acordadas foram mantidas, entre elas o fornecimento da cesta b\u00e1sica. O seguro de vida foi elevado para R$16.000,00. Por outro lado, todo empregador da categoria ir\u00e1 apresentar, mensalmente, ao Sinticom-TAP a GFIP (Guia de Recolhimento do Fundo de Garantia e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com o acordo, os pisos salariais (valores m\u00ednimos que podem ser pagos aos trabalhadores) ficaram da seguinte forma: Oficial \u2013 R$1.015,00 (reajuste de 9,13%); Meio Oficial \u2013 R$760,00 (reajuste de 8,57%); Servente \u2013 R$700,00 (reajuste de 10,24%); Vigia \u2013 R$700,00 (reajuste de 10,24%); Operador de Guincho \u2013 R$1.015,00 (reajuste de 9,13%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os demais trabalhadores n\u00e3o especificados, como os integrantes dos setores administrativos, ter\u00e3o reajuste de 7% sobre os atuais sal\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alaor Barbosa Jr. Ascom Sinticom-TAP Uberl\u00e2ndia, MG (06\/11\/12) &#8211; O Sinticom-TAP e o Sinduscon-TAP (Sindicato da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil do Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro e Alto Parana\u00edba) fecham Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho, no \u00faltimo dia 5.
