Os pisos salarias est\u00e3o estabelecidos da seguinte forma: para <strong>Servente<\/strong> e <strong>Vigia<\/strong> em <strong>R$635,00<\/strong>; <strong>Meio Oficial<\/strong> em <strong>R$700,00<\/strong> e <strong>Oficial<\/strong> e <strong>Operador de Guincho<\/strong> em <strong>R$930,00<\/strong>. Valores e percentuais esses retroativos ao m\u00eas de novembro de 2011, cabendo aquelas empresas que ainda n\u00e3o reajustaram os valores pagos aos trabalhadores, pagarem as diferen\u00e7as retroativas.<\/p>\n<p>Outro aspecto \u00e9 a <strong>bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o de 10% (dez por cento)<\/strong> para o trabalhador que fizer curso de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, percentual esse incorporado ao sal\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto \u00e0 quest\u00e3o da suspens\u00e3o da <strong>cesta b\u00e1sica<\/strong>, estabeleceu-se que n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 feita, mantendo-se o benef\u00edcio, salvo para o funcion\u00e1rio que tiver mais de duas faltas injustificadas.
